NEMA chief stays extra week in Estonia

NEMA President Craig Goodman is pondering setting up an operation in Riga, Latvia, to play a role in the unfolding of competitive markets in the former Soviet Union.  Another location might be Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.  He sees a role for an organization with 21st century technology and post-Sarbanes Oxley sophistication helping strategic allies make the big transition.  Goodman was invited there to address policy markers on various routes they can take.  He's extended his stay by a week to continue exploratory talks.  "Capital has no nationality," he said.  Its bottom line is what's left after taxes "period," Goodman explained.
