	HB1188 Introduced on Utility Recovery of Gas Costs
	HB1188 has been introduced in the General Assembly and referred to the House Consumer Affairs Committee, pertaining the gas utilities recovery of natural gas costs. Hearings on the bill are scheduled to take place on May 7th in Harrisburg. Representative Godshall, Chair of the Consumer Affairs Committee, is a co-sponsor of the bill. The bill would eliminate the migration rider and the financial incentive the gas utilities have had to underestimate their gas costs, and collect a carrying charge for it.
